To shop with us, you need to:

All transactions on Cloth-es.com and taken using Paypal or Worldpay. All transactions are completed on a secure server.

On placing an order with Cloth-es.com we will send you an email acknowledgement confirming we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. At the point of dispatch we will send an invoice as confirmation of your order and as confirmation of the order being processed.

In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or there has been a pricing mistake you will be notified immediately. In this situation you will not receive an invoice and there will be no contract between us.

We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of Cloth-es.com to ensure all goods are available as displayed. In the unlikely event that there is an error in the availability or price of an item, Cloth-es.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. We will notify you immediately if there is any problem with your order. If payment has been made we will provide a full refund.

Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from. 

We always aim to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will always keep you updated as much as possible and help you to track your item.
