Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Orders are not usually shipped on weekends or bank holidays. If your delivery seems delayed, please contact us and we will chase it up for you. We cannot be responsible for any delays relating to postal delays.
Postage costs will be added to your order at checkout, before you place an order. We offer a flat rate shipping scheme as a guide, please see below:

All products will be dispatched by Royal Mail, Royal Mail international delivery or another reputable courier. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to upgrade to Special (next day) Delivery or for any other special requests and we will try to help.
We always hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item so that we can arrange a return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on underwear.
Items should be returned unused (including no makeup stains) in their original condition with all tags in place.
Please ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. Please let us know the reason for the return. We offer a full refund or exchange for the item but your postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
