Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We are very happy to ship to any address within the UK, and Europe where possible.

Orders are usually dispatched within two working days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. If your delivery seems delayed, please contact us and we will chase it up for you. We will not be responsible for any delays relating to postal delays.

Postage costs will be added to your order at checkout, before you place an order. We offer a flat rate shipping scheme as a guide, please see below:

Tracked Mail (2-3 days) £5.00 GBP
DHL Express (1-2 days) £10.00 GBP

EUROPE 
Free over €200 EUR 
Tracked Mail (4-7 days) €8.50 EUR
DHL Express (2-3 days) €15.00 EUR

All products will be dispatched by Royal Mail, Royal Mail international delivery or another reputable courier. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to upgrade to Special (next day) Delivery.

 

Returns

We always hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us at info@cloth-es.com within 14 days of receiving your item so that we can arrange a return or exchange.

Items should be returned unused (including no makeup stains) in their original condition with all tags in place.

Please ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. Please let us know the reason for the return. We offer a full refund or exchange for the item but your postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
