It holds the record for being the world’s fastest growing plant and is naturally organic so needs no pesticides or fertilisers to grow. Growing this plant requires no additional water and it is capable of absorbing more CO2 per hectare than trees.
The crop can be broken down to create a super soft fabric with many practical perks. It is thermo-regulating, filled with micro-holes that help keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. It's also hypoallergenic which means it won't cling to, rub or irritate your skin.
Bamboo is 100% biodegradable.
